Or is the next meeting, the unread email, the unpaid bill, your child’s PTA, that unnecessary argument with your partner, that friend who seems a bit off, running at the back of your mind?
Well, that is our mind wandering and it’s absolutely normal. But is it good to always let our mind wander out of control? And if not, how can you exercise your mind along with your body so you can stay in control of your thoughts and emotions?
